Gary Kirsten to be the coach of team India?

Pakistan team is the target of everyone for their poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024 campaign and for their internal fights in the team. With all these things happening, Pakistan head coach Gary Kirsten has added fuel to the topic after Babar Azam and Co. failed to make it to the Super 8 stages.

LACK OF UNITY IN THE TEAM

Gary Kirsten, head coach of the Pakistan team believes that their early exit from the campaign is because of the lack of unity in the team. They call it a team but in actuality, it’s not a team. Everyone is separated, and no one’s supporting each other. He further said that he worked with many teams but didn’t experience such moments ever.

He said,

“There’s no unity in Pakistan’s team. They call it a team, but it isn’t a team. They aren’t supporting each other, everyone is separated, left and right. I’ve worked with many teams, but I’ve never seen such situation.”

Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh wants Gary Kirsten to be back as the coach of Team India. He said that Gary should not waste his time there, one of the rare, a great coach, mentor, honest and very dear friend. The winning coach of the 2011 world cup.

Harbhajan Singh said,

Pakistan ended their campaign with a three-wicket win against Ireland in Florida on Sunday. They played their best cricket of the campaign against Ireland but till then their chances of making it to Super 8s were vanished.
